As far as noise goes the only noise we hear is the normal noise of the ice maker. Other than that there is nothing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, ours is not that noisy. I hear all kinds of cycling noises but wouldn't consider it out of the ordinary. The whole unit makes for a quite a resonance box, sort of like a piano body, and if it isn't level or there is stuff on top of it vibrating, or it is touching a counter side, it can amplify any vibration-based noises. I love this unit and don't consider the noises unusual. Whirlpool has a 'sound' information site to go to in order to listen to noises the units usually make. Have them check it out and if anything is louder/stranger than normal they can gauge it appropriately.
