“My oven is new. I turned on both ovens and a bad smell came from both. Does anyone have this experience? Also, is the heat supposed to come from the bottom panel?”

Unfortunately, I just had my new oven hooked up this past week and the panel works, wi-fi hooked up just fine, but the upper and lower ovens do not heat up.
