• Hello PC. This Whirlpool® Refrigerator does not have a fast ice option. Allow 24 hours for the Ice Bin to fill and allow 72 hours when first installed to fill the Ice Bin.

• It says so in the manual. I think it is a door pad accessed option. I haven't used this feature yet, so i can't further help you. Good luck.
