I've not experienced that issue. Perhaps the ice bucket is not seated properly. The ice sensor arm might be stuck in a raised position. The Electronic door controls may have been miss directed to off? Check that the interior icemaker "On / Off Button" behind the ice bucket hadn't been shut off accidentally when replacing the bucket. Check that water is not impeded. Lastly, unplug and plug in the unit and let the control board reboot. Good luck.

Best Buy was kind enough to replace this refrigerator for us after the first one did not produce enough ice, but now we're still running into the same problem. I cannot seem to find a solution anywhere. The water line is fine, the ice maker is turned on... no clue.
