Questionmy replace filter light came on, the lights inside the fridge would not work and could not Access the refugular menu. you could select 01-48 zones which would change the light to the order filter light! can’t find this in the manual, any ideas?

QuestionMy side by side stainless refrigerator makes a loud humming noise when it is runnung. This is not the sound it makes when the ice maker is filling up. This constant loud "humming" becomes really annoying. Model #WRS325FDAM04. Please help!

- Answer The the white plastic diffuser cover at the bottom loose and making noise when the compressor is running. Try to bend it down and the noise will goes away.

- Answer My repair person told me to buy an extended warranty if you get an ice maker. Also, if your refrigerator has a crushed ice setting, don't use it. The ice crusher is the part of a refrigerator most likely to break.
