“My new Whirlpool model # WRS588FIHZ side by side, runs all the time. Allowed unit to cool for 48 hours before putting any food into freezer or fridge. Temperatures are set at 0 for freezer and 37 for Fridge side. Per instructions. Need help. 2 weeks old”

Your thermometer is not working or you are not closing the doors. Constant running is not normal.
