A:AnswerI purchased inexpensive thermometers. The settings on the fridge are accurate. There's a location where cold air originates. It's important for that air to circulate. If loaded tightly or items are placed near the cold air "vent" it's not surprising that some items froze especially during the initial cool down. Once you reach set temperature it should do a better job maintaining consistent temp throughout the fridge. Cold spots likely during initial cool down.

A:Answerthe info pad on the front refrigerator gives the option of ice cubes or crushed ice, and by opening the refirgerator you can remove the ice cube storage bin and the off and on switch is available to stop ice making when bin is full.
A:AnswerThat should have been removed. The box is for some type of carbon that keeps odors at bay. This is something extra you have to buy. Not sure why we’re not told when buying the appliances but the man that installed mine showed me that’s what it’s for. Good luck!!
