Q: QuestionOn the back of my fridge there is a black grill that covers most of the back. The top of this grill has 2 white pegs that push the top part of this grill off the unit by approx 2-3 inches. Should these be removed?

Q: QuestionI see a response that it wouldn't freeze ice cream. is that true? Also, I see that installation is free if I have a water connection, why do I need a water connection for this refrigerator- it doesn't have an ice maker.
