• A:Answer Hello twingma. The soak cycle is built in to the wash portion of the cycle. It is not its own selectable cycle. The Bulky, Heavy Duty, Delicates, and Mixed cycles all use the Deep Water Wash automatically.

Q: QuestionToday (November 23, 2019) my Whirlpool Commercial Washer - White MODEL: CAE2795FQ was delivered. (1) When and where do I add the liquid bleach to this unit. Can I stop the washing machine and add fabric softener and restart again? Help me please!

• A:Answer I found my answer. I love this machine because if you want to add liquid bleach or fabric softener you can easily do this by just opening the lid as long as it is not on lock mode. I recommend this machine because I prefer an agitator and it is a heavy duty machine.

• A:Answer PLS TRY THIS. when power turns back on, the lights will blink back on including the lid lock indicator light. push on and hold the start button till you hear a click or a change in the light status. release start button and wait fot the red indicator light to turn off. you do this same process if you want to stop the machine while it is in operating mode. good luck!
