“My cutout height is 31 3/4. I noticed in the manual it says for greater than 28 11/16 tall shield. Is that included or something extra I would need to buy?”

Hi Carol. The bottom vent trim and bottom vent shield are shipped in the foam packing at the top of the oven. Tall bottom vent shield are used when the oven is installed with the feet in the tall position.
