“Can this oven be combined with a cooktop ontop? Looking at Whirlpool cooktop model WCE55US0HB. I see cooktop mentions it can be combined with oven below, but the oven instructions dont mention it specifically. If not, can you suggest some ovens?”

Should work. The cooktop is going to drop into an opening in your countertop while the oven would go into a base cabinet below that. So, the cabinet must be wide enough and deep enough to provide a rough opening of the proper size for the oven. Also of course you would also need a 220:volt junction box in the cabinet so you can wire the power for the oven
