My refrigerator works good, make sure you have dedicated 20amp circuit and use proper ice water line not cheap straddle valve with cheap skinny copper line, sweat in tee fitting with shut off 3/8 to 1/4 use stainless braided line to refrigerator.Don’t forget to secure the line also to refrigerator with clamp. A:AnswerNot that I know of. In order to have external ice dispenser, a lot of mechanics are put in that side door and they take up a lot of room. It would make for a very top heavy fridge. You would have a lot less room for food on the upper left where the ice is dispensed. Check out larger refrigerators and see how much is involved.
