“What's the right way to lift the grates for cleaning? I just tried mine and they got STUCK open. It was very difficult to get them unstuck and flat again.”

Hello! The hinges grates would just lift up and down. If you are having concerns with the grates getting stuck, we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available M -F 8 am to 6 pm EST.
