I just purchased it and had the same concerns when reading the reviews as I’m a bit of a perfectionist and thought I might need to move my floor plug however I had no issues causing me to do that. The back does jet out a tiny bit from the top of the stove but doesn’t bother me at all! It’s not something others would notice so I was pleasantly surprised! Hope these pics help you!

I can tell you the plug sits on the left lower back. I believe all plugs on these ovens are placed on the lower back panel, either on the right or left side.
