Despite what the whirlpool team that page 9 contains the answer, it does not. I have this stove and have gone through the settings and read page 9 repeatedly and the timer sounds once and possibly every minute after. Not very helpful if you don't want to burn your cookies and are not in the room when the timer goes off.
