“When my top oven is on, it burns the top of whatever is convection baking in the bottom oven. How can I prevent this? Otherwise, I cant use both ovens at the same time, defeating the purpose of having a double oven.”

If this is unsuccessful your next option is to have a service technician come to your home for a proper diagnosis.
