“Is the “damper” included with this or not? In the “written features” area, it says it is. However, in the “list of features”, it says it isn’t?”

Hi Graham, here is the link to the "Installation Guide" for this model: https://bit.ly/3AivGaI It does appear to be included. Page 3 of the installation guide will list what is included as well as what isn't and what tools will be needed. We hope this helps.
