Q: QuestionThis unit says 115v. But there is a picture stating that it is a plug for 240v. Will how many volts will the outlet need?

• A:Answer This model uses a standard 115V house line. Any reference to a 240V plug is in error & should be corrected shortly.

Q: QuestionI would mainly use the heat function in place of a mini-split. What is the lowest outside temperature that this unit will work with efficiently in heat mode?

• A:Answer Hi! Thank you so much for your question. Our AC is designed as a supplemental heater meant to assist the main heater in the room not to be its own heater. These are mainly ACs the supplemental heat is not as strong as the cooling power. Hope this helps! :) -Customer Service Team
