We have had the fridge a few weeks now and haven’t had this problem. We have it set around 36/37.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I set it to the lowest fridge temp 36ºF and it still is at 40ºF. I had two thermometers to make sure. The freezer is set at -2ºF and it barely reads 0ºF. We have had it for more than three weeks.

Have spent $600 on repairs that still does not have it keeping freezer and refrigerator cold. SO frustrating. Just came home from brief week vacay and refrigerator portion is completely warm. Purchased it in June of 2021.
