Try unplugging the washer from power and see if it resets, good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You are not alone. Mine is doing the same thing and is currently in the process of being repaired. Also, the repair person sent by Best Buy did not have any of the necessary parts to repair and therefore I am waiting another week until he can return with the part. Not happy at the moment. I also took the time to figure out how to recalibrate/reset the motor by watching a YouTube video and that was able to get it working for 2 loads before it shutdown again. Good luck.
