I’ve heard it make some noise but immediately stops. Possibly because the clothes balances itself inside while in cycle. I do enjoy the large capacity and washes the clothes great and leaves them amazingly clean.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same washer! Maybe double check and make sure the machine is properly leveled! Mine makes lots of other weird noises but I don't have the same noise your talking about! Hope it helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your washer sounds like it's unlevel on the ground. If you get it leveled underneath it won't do that. You can call the store and have them walk you through how to do it, it's easy.

Front and rear feet must be in firm contact with floor, and washer must be level to operate properly. Washer may not be level. Check floor for flexing or sagging. If flooring is uneven, a 3/4" (19 mm) piece of plywood under your washer will reduce sound. See “Level the Washer” in Installation Instructions. Load could be unbalanced. Load items in loose heaps evenly around the washplate. Adding wet items to washer or adding more water to basket could unbalance washer. Do not tightly pack. Avoid washing single items. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!
