“Does anyone know where the water/drain pump is attached to the machine question mark the last machine I bought had the water pump attached to the barrel underneath and the bracket that supported it broke because of the agitation.”

It is located on the right side (if you are standing right in front of it) towards the bottom. Not underneath.
