“I currently have this washer and I'm Not sure that it's "washing". It rinses and spins just fine, but I don't think it's properly washing. It's hard to tell since you have to actually pause/stop to open the lid. What could this be or how can I tell?”

Sometimes I wonder the same thing.....Sometimes my clothes smell a bit like there not freshly washed. Not sure if that's how yours is or what makes you think its not washing well. I bought mine early July and still trying to get used to it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is the design of the stupid machine. They tried to go economical with no agitator, just water pressure. We found that the clothes were not coming as clean. When this piece of junk died on us this past weekend, we went back to the GE with an agitator. Not sure how that will work, but it has to clean clothes better than the "Whirlpuddle" cleaned them.
