“New but during spin cycle is banging. Is this normal? Followed directions carefully and loaded only 1 queen set of sheets and since lid locks can not readjust clothes?”

Did you make sure the machine is leveled? I put in full set of Ca king sheets pillow cases 4 and 2 throw blankets 3’x6’ and 1 4’x4’ sm comforter, all clean no issues and are so spinned out they don’t need much time in dryer, My machine is Awesome. Good Luck
