“Our machine seems to have stopped washing our clothes. They do not smell fresh or clean, simple stains still remain. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? We've done the cycle with Affresh”

Check ensuring that you are using the High Efficiency water hoses and not the older, traditional water hoses. Plus do use the High Efficiency detergent.
