I've run two loads so far in my washer. A good size load of towels though not totally full or packed in on deep wash then a load of t-shirts, shorts and two pairs of jeans (probably 15 items). Both were supposed to have a high spun speed. Both cycles ended and it's obvious they had not spin. Clothes were dripping wet in the center of washer. This is what people are complaining about when they say wet clothes. And yes, I loaded it exactly as the directions said. After running the drain and spin cycle, they were properly spun out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I read on one of the reviews to read the owners manual. So when our washer arrived that's what my 17 year old son and I did. It explains that with jeans and towels you have to use certain settings and spin cycles. I'm normally the type of person who does not read the manual, I just dive right in and figure it out as I go. Read the manual it tells you what you need to know.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because at the end of the cycle I can wring a lot of water out of the clothes. They are drenched.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Need to use HE detergent as other type will cause "suds" and machine will not be able to drain and spin right because of it. To remove you need to wait then run extra rinse and spin. Bottom line make sure to use only HE detergent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This washer is a very poor washer to purchase. Within three years the product will fail and you will get stuck with a two to three hundred dollar repair bill for a five hundred dollar washer. Whirlpool used to make good products. I would advise everyone not to purchase these product again. Remember, Whirlpool also makes kenmore, roper, maytag, and three or four others. Stay away from all of them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are not putting the clothes in right and not using high efficiency detergent
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They forget the fact that this is a washer. There is a reason that it is accompanied by a dryer. Though the clothes do come out a bit on the wet side for an HE, it still does a much better spin than a conventional washer.
