- Answer There is a hotline number to call in your packet of info. One year standard warranty. I did end up purchasing an extended warranty through whirlpool for 3 addition years. It starts upon the orginal one expiration date.

QuestionPLACEMENT OF CLOTHESDO THE CLOTHES HAVE TO BE PUT IN THE WASHER, ONLY AROUND THE EDGES, OR CAN IT JUST BE PUT IN ANYWHERE. JUST GOT A "USED" WASHER AND NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. HAVE NEVER HAD A WASHER THAT DIDN'T HAVE A SPINDLE IN THE MIDDLE. THANK YOU

Questionnut comes undone off of the drum?my machine is still under warranty ,but the nut keeps coming undone on the bottom of the drum. had repairman fix once, I fixed again as I did not want to lose a days pay waiting for the repairman to do a 2 min fix. Is this a continued problem, as I can tell when I falls off as the drum scraps against the plastic guard and makes one heck of a racket. Any solutions.

- Answer No it does'nt wash. After cycle soaking time is over the machine drains and spins. You may then choose your wash cycle.
