“Will this washer fit on a pedestal from an older Whirlpool duet washer (pedestal model number LAB2700MQ4)? The dimensions are almost identical, less than an inch in depth. Getting conflicting answers depending on who I talk to or where I look.”

• Mine fit right on my old pedestal. Used the old screws and all. They are pretty universal. Hope this helps.
