“washer installed recently with new purchase. towels and bedding come out wet on the quick cycle and on fast spin. seem to be able to only wash a small load if i want the clothes to not be wet on various cycles. does anyone else have this prob?”

It works fine for me. Did you put too many items? If you take out some towels, will it be better?
