“If the door won't open is this washer stuffed. ? I wanted to do a load but can't open door. It was not in middle of a wash it was the next day.”

There is a button on the right hand side for door open push the button and a 3 will come up and it will count down. 3 2. 1. When you see the number 2 pull the door open you will have to do it quickly use both hands. Also you you need to read your operation booklet it tells pretty much all you need to know

I'm still new to this machine and haven't had any issues, but I do know there's an automatic lock. If it still won't open, I would suggest unplugging it to reset it. That could be wrong advice, but that's what I do with most electronics.
