Hello Carolina! We are terribly sorry to hear of your concern. These are low water washers, however we would recommend making sure you are loading the unit properly and selecting the correct cycle for the load. If that does not resolve the issue, we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 1-800-253-1301. We are available weekdays, between 8 am to 8 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
