Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you try unplugging the machine? If not, unplug it and wait a couple of minutes and start it back up. This worked with my old Whirlpool front loader but I just bought the latest model a couple of weeks ago and thankfully haven't experienced any issues (knock on wood). Hopefully it works for you.
