“I have a brand new Whirlpool Range model wfe320m0ew. The outlet has 240v but when it reaches the range it's only 120. The plug is also brand new and the continuity is good. What is going on? Any help is appreciated.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your breaker. Mine was sitting with both contacts on the same pole. Each hot registered 120V, combined registered 0V due to being on the same pole. Shifted breaker to cross both poles, now each hot registers 120V and combined 240V
