Q: QuestionI just received my oven last Friday and my bulb for the oven Blew out I 'm just try to get the size of the bulb. I can not see the size on that one to good. Thanks

Q: QuestionI was using my oven and was ready to set the timer and it came up "lock" on the display. Is there a way to reset it so that I can use my oven again?

Q: QuestionCan this gas stove be converted to propane use?

• A:Answer Hello Japers, the WFG320M0BS can be converted to LP gas, we do suggest a qualified installer or plumber make the conversion. Also, the conversion kit is included with the Range so you don't have to purchase any additional parts to use the Range with LP.

Q: QuestionAfter cooking my dinner I turned the oven off but you didn't cancel. And as it was cooling down I saw flashes of light and I heard a tick it was about 60 seconds to 120 seconds in between, maybe a little longer does anyone know why it would be doing that?

Q: QuestionI was wondering if it is normal for the oven to be so hot to touch when in use the door the top where the clock is Everything feels so hot to the touch... is this normal

• A:Answer Hello Vic! It is normal for wall ovens and range tops to get hot on the outside. Depending on where the vent is will determine which areas get hotter. Q: QuestionDoes power cord come with it? If not, please send a recommendation for the correct power cord that you sell at the store. We just bought one, had it delivered to my mother who doesn’t understand my question about power. I have to drive 2hrs to install it

• A:Answer You must be referring to the indention in the porcelain stovetop that the grates set in. They will only fit one way and set right down in the indention if they are placed right, the grates won't slide around.
