Mine is not loud at all. Did you balance yours out? You can adjust the feet on the botom of the washer to balance it. Just make sure you use a leveler.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There's a definitely a loud noise but your fine it is not broken. It's just working hard. The agitation post at the bottom the pulls the clothes around has to work harder since the post in so low profile with the bottom of the washer.
