“We recently purchased the stove and when using it we keep hearing a popping or whoosh sound from the oven. Best Buy replaced the oven and the new oven we received makes the same sound. It this normal? Or is this a problem?”

Hi Jeff57,the heating and cooling of the porcelain and steel, or the movement of electric elements in their mounting brackets, in the oven may result in popping/cracking noises coming from the oven.
