“We got this installed today, everything seems to be working except it’s not heating up at all... you can turn the knobs for the stove top and the oven but it’s not heating up. How long does it takes to heat up both stove or oven?”

I'm having the same problem. I've timed the pre-heat. It takes anywhere from 27-22 min to get to 450 degrees. For 350 degrees it takes 20 min. I just talked to Whirlpool and was told 12-17 min preheat is normal for 350 degrees. She had no specifics on 450 degree preheat. If they send a service man out to look at it and they deem nothing is wrong I will be charge a minimum $85 service fee.
