“Just got this hooked up but the control panel doesn’t turn on , what do I need to do ?”

• Hello Jlynn! We would recommend the Installation is done correctly. If it is then we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 1-800-253-1301. We are available weekdays, between 8 am to 8 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.

• Check your outlet and breaker. Sounds to me like something is wired wrong and one of the legs for the outlet is open.
