The color difference will be rather noticeable in my opinion. We have a condo that has regular stainless steel appliances and our primary house has fingerprint resistant stainless steel. We can tell the difference easily. But the fingerprint resistant is awesome. I hate the regular stainless steel appliances that came in our condo, they show fingerprints so easily and are harder to clean in my opinion.
