• Hello Eva! We are terribly sorry to hear of your concern. Unfortunately, there is no way to get between the glass on the door without fully taking the door apart. We would have to recommend a local certified technician out to do that. Please call Whirlpool® at 1-800-253-130. We are available weekdays, between 8 am to 8 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
