“I have a Whirlpool Cambrio w/ steamer model # W10562333A. 2013 MODEL. Can the dryer be run with the water inlet to dryer capped off? Would it damage the dryer? Thanks Mike”

No, it is not recommended to have the dryer be run with the water inlet to dryer capped off.
