• I don't believe so, there isn't a dedicated spin cycle, it's rinse and spin.

• The washer has both a Delicate (hand wash) cycle and a Rinse/Drain and Spin cycle (for rinsing out swimsuits, etc.). I think those cycles could work for your purpose.
