On the top left hand side of the door. if installed correctly the entire door should sit out from the cabinet. the countertop should still overhang a little over the control buttons on the top of the door which is fine. it doesn't get in the way of operating the unit.

However, with rinse agent use and the stainless steel tub, not much steam is generated to vent out. Thank you again for your inquiry. We appreciate and value your business!
