No this ice maker does not work! We have made many many calls to Best Buy regarding this ice maker. Had scheduled visits set up where they forgot to bring a new ice maker for replacement. Again several several calls and we are still without a working ice maker. I was hesitant to buy from Best Buy because of their service, I wish I would have gone someplace else. Absolutely terrible service!
