Only one month and the repairman has been to my home twice. Water leaking from the ice maker into the freezer(top) and into the refrigerator. The ice also clumps together and has to be chipped with an ice pick. Hoping that it has been fixed.

An Ice Maker That Does What It Should - Make Ice

You can't really call them ice cubes. There are even DIY tutorials on You Tube if you are unsure. My advice is not to pay BB to attach it for you. Save yourself $100 and do it yourself.

Bin was full the morning after delivery and has remaind so ever since. So glad we added this to our refigrerator purchase.

I already had a water source, so the whole install took less than 15 minutes. now, every 2 hours is dumping a load of ice into the bin. pretty quiet.
