I am now at over 50 minutes on hold to talk with a person. I have been transferred so many times I can no longer input any selection numbers (2 = wait in line on hold for a person to answer, which is now at about 35 minutes and continuing ....). No one I might get can answer anything. Whirlpool customer service is abominable!
