Your purchase includes the sensor and band, a charger, and a 12-month membership. At the end of 12 months, you will have the opportunity to renew or cancel your membership directly with WHOOP.

The membership gives me access the WHOOP app, where I can view my health and fitness data such as sleep tracking recovery data . Without a membership, the device will not provide any meaningful data or tracking. It won't work like a typical fitness tracker on its own.

Without a membership, you can still use the watch for basic features like step tracking, heart rate monitoring, time, notifications, and some activity tracking. It’s still very functional without a subscription, but the extra insights are behind the membership paywall.
