• Thanks for your question! WHOOP 5.0 bands are not compatible with WHOOP 4.0, as the 5.0 and MG devices have a smaller design and a different band attachment system. Because of this, WHOOP 4.0 bands only fit WHOOP 4.0, and WHOOP 5.0/MG bands only fit their respective devices. As for color, the SportFlex Drift band is definitely more gray than white, it's just a lighter, more subtle shade of gray.
