• It is not frost free, however, it took us only about 10 minutes to defrost. We turned it off and scraped off the ice with the plastic scraper that came with it. There are no shelves on the inside of the door. There is a shelf on the inside of the freezer itself. There are only two of us so although it is small it's been great for storing extra items during the pandemic.

• No, it is not frost free. There are no shelves anywhere. A good portion of the inside provides space for the compressor etc. It's smaller inside than it appears on the outside. A note to BEST BUY ; I had to go to secure browser to answer this question.
