Q: Questiontemp needs to be 70 degrees why does this only go to 65 degrees my humidity is high and cannot raise temp to get rid of humidity. what do I do?

Q: QuestionI called the manufacturer of this product and said this is a California compliant product. Why would you ship this product to California?
